The first 2000-seat Broadway theater in the historical, prestigious Theater District located North Bund Shanghai, and as part of the mix-use commercial development project designed by NBBJ, the theater will stage famous Broadway shows organized by the Nederlander Organization. The scope of work includes architecture interior, mechanical, electrical, theatrical equipment, lighting, and acoustical design, from schematic through construction administration phases, in close collaboration with the local design institutes, and consultants. 

The size, floor plan, stage, and equipments are all custom designed to house Broadway shows, for the optimum amplified acoustic and viewing experience.
